I have to be honest. Maximum Ride is a truly amazing book. I loved everything about the first four books, they were so memorable. Besides an awesome story line, I think one of the reasons why I liked it so much is because of the fact that the novels are constantly moving and there's always something happening in them. I thought that was awesome.

Though now I am lying in bed awaiting the fifth book, which I hope to r up to the same standard of the first four novels. Though I do know it won't be for at least another month before the next book comes out.

Anyway I have to be off.

Trusting Is The Only Way I Survived.
Chapter 1.

Miley lay lifelessly on the ground. No longer possessing the strength to lift her head to see the person that had entered her apparent allotted room. She couldn’t remember how long she had been here now. Even Miley, the girl who had lost track of everything of the outside world could tell that it was a long time now.
   She’d waited for days and days or her family or someone to come and find her, but she hadn’t had any luck with that.
   She hadn’t lost hope though, of being saved from this Hell yet. She knew she would escape eventually. Well she hoped anyway. She just hoped she didn’t die yet, she had stayed strong this long and she couldn’t give up yet. She still knew how to hope, everything else was blurry in her mind. Even the pain was numbed down for her, whilst she wasn’t being beaten, Miley thought that this was the reason she was still alive today. Though she was sane enough to know this was not the way to live. She knew she should have died many times now, she was thankful to anyone that was watching over her, knowing that if they weren’t looking out for her she would be dead now, no question about it.
   Miley knew whom the person was anyway, in a sense she could tell when he was there and when it wasn’t someone else he personally invited in to see her. He’s been Miley’s main tormentor for a while now. Always threatening her with the same stuff, knowing it would keep her routed in the same room day after day, telling her if she even dared to escape her secret would be out faster than you could say Cotton Eye Joe. That was one of the main reasons she hadn’t tried to escape, but there was more to it, she knew she would be in for something if she ever tried to escape anyway. Something that she sincerely hoped she would never get into, especially if it was something worse than this.
   “Miley, Miley, Miley. What’re we gonna do with you?” the man asked. Miley didn’t have the strength to answer him; which earned her a harsh kick to the stomach.
   “You know how much I hate to be ignored,” He said, cracking his knuckles in a threatening way. Miley forced herself to find some strength at the sound of the cracking, know the consequences know of ignoring it.
   “I’m sorry,” she croaked, she hadn’t had anything to drink in a few days leaving her throat parched. Miley didn’t even know this mans name, in the whole time she had been here, not once had he introduced himself, but she knew she would probably get to know his name anyway, expecting to die in this situation anyway.
   “You’ll be sorry when I’m done with you,” he threatened, balling his hands into fists and punching Miley in the ribs until he heard a crack.

Robbie Ray awoke with a start, he’d been having one of those dreams again, a dream where his daughter who was believed now to be dead, was getting beaten, he hated these types of dreams. But he believed that it was some way that his daughter was calling out to him. Telling him she was still alive and to not lose hope.
   Today though, he didn’t awaken because of the beating, the phone was ringing, and he knew know to answer the phone no matter what the cause since his daughters disappearance nearly a year ago now.
   “Hello,” Robbie said gruffly, sleep still evident in his voice.
   “Mr Stewert, we believe we may have found your daughter. We have recently been looking at the activities of an abandoned hospital called Linda Vista Community Hospital, there should have been numerous people filming there in the time since your daughter has been missing, but every film crew that went in there has come out saying about some sort of hauntings. They say they heard a young girl screaming as if in pain, but the film crews have been too scared to go and find out about them, and we did not look into it, since we think it would be nothing, and their imagination playing tricks on them, but it has recently drawn our attention when all the film crews are saying about the same thing. And it’s only been happening since the time your daughter disappeared. So we went to take a look there, and we unfortunately heard the screaming too, but not just of a girl, but of a couple of men too, threatening her with something, and it didn’t sound too pleasant what they were doing to her.” The officer said on the other end of the line.
   “I don’t know what to say officer, but thank you for your time and patience, and for not losing hope that she had been killed. You don’t know how much this means to us. When will you be getting there?” Robbie asked, his eyes now fully awake and into the conversation.
   “We will wait for you and your son to arrive, then we shall hopefully be setting out at dawn to get your daughter out. While there is nothing definite saying it is her, we wanted you to be there just in case it is. We’ll be waiting for you in the central Bureau, LAPD (I’m British, I don’t know this kind of stuff…).” The officer informed.
   “Thank you, thank you. We’ll be there as soon as possible.” Robbie Ray said, a smile tugging at his lips, his girl had finally been found. But the thing that was tugging at his mind though, being threatened? Didn’t sound pretty? What has been happening to her? He thought as he jogged over to Jackson’s room.
   “Jackson, Jackson, wake up!” Robbie shouted in Jackson’s ear.
   “What Dad, it’s way too early to get up, can’t we talk about ways to find Miley in the morning?” Jackson whined, still half asleep.
   “No need for that, bud, the LAPD think they’ve found her.” Robbie said excitedly. Jackson didn’t need much else persuation to get out of bed, before Robbie Ray could even blink Jackson was in his closet looking for something that smellt decent, not really caring at the moment if it looked alright or not.
   “Well what’re ya waitin’ for Dad? Go get dressed already,” Jackson ordered, quickly glancing over his shoulder. Robbie Ray smiled and walked out of the room. He knew this was a good thing, even if Miley wasn’t there, it meant they were getting closer to her, which made him happy. He knew his son had suffered greatly from her dissapearence, heck, everyone suffered. Oliver and Lily constantly got into fights, and habitually came to see Miley, even though they knew she wasn’t there, Robbie thought that maybe they thought if they just randomly turned up one day she would be there, waiting for them, telling them that she was okay and there was no need to worry one bit about her. Jackson had become a mess. He didn’t know what to do with himself, he actually started paying attention in school, and when that happened, everyone knew something was up. Robbie Ray? He didn’t know what to do with himself either, he was usually seen on the phone trying declining interviews on Hannah Montana’s part. This was a big pain in Robbie Ray’s eyes. They even had to start to deny pregnancy rumours and kidnapping rumours. If only they knew Robbie mused pulling on a shirt. He hated lying to people about Miley, but he didn’t know what to do. He wan’t sure he wanted to go around spraying Miley’s secret without waiting for Miley’s permission to do it.
   In less than ten minutes they were all ready to go, locking up the house, Robbie Ray and Jackson were in the car heading down to LAPD with high hopes of finding Miley. They didn’t really care that it was nearing four in the morning, the sooner they got there, the sooner they got Miley back, was the way they thought of it.
   Stepping out of the car, Robbie Ray and Jackson walked to the front desk.
   “Hello, we were called, they said they might have found my daughter?” Robbie said to the women behind the counter at the police station.
   “Mr Stewart? We weren’t expecting you for a while.” The lady said, surprised.
   “Yeah, well, finding your daughter after a year tends to get you out of bed faster than you realised.” Robbie Ray joked.
   “I guess it could. Let me give the Sergeant a call,” She said, picking up the phone and speaking quickly into it. “Right, the Sergeant will be with you in a moment.”
   “Thank you,” Robbie Ray said turning to Jackson who had decided to wait on the sofa in the waiting room. “The Sergeant will be here in a moment.” He told his son, who just looked up and nodded. “What’s wrong, song?”
   “Nothing.” Replied Jackson.
   “Really? It’s not like you to be so nervous.” Robbie Ray commented.
   “Yeah, well, early morning do things to you.” Jackson laughed, though the sound was light, and no real joke there.
   “You’re worried about Miley, aren’t ya?” Robbie said, casting his eyes downcast.
   “Just a little bit, we don’t know what happened to her there, we don’t know if she’s even still alive. I mean, the time we’re spending here, she could be getting murdered. We don’t know what’s happening!” Jackson ended with a shout.
   “Don’t worry, she’s strong, she’ll make it through this. I promise.” Robbie Ray said quietly, looking down at his son, who had tears in the corners.
   “I’m trying not to. But her face just keeps coming to my face, her smile, her obnoxious attitude. I’ve missed driving her everywhere, doing everything she wants. I don’t even know if she’ll be like that when she comes back.” Jackson cried.
   “You’re acting very out of character, you know that? But just believe she’ll be strong, even if it’s just for us.” Robbie Ray said.
   “Mr Stewart? Mr Stewart?” Someone called from behind the secretaries desk.
   “Yes?” Robbie Ray answered turning around.
   “Ah, there you are. Would you guys like to come ‘round back here, so we can go over the plan with you, so that everything’s settled?” The Sergeant, Robbie guessed, said.
   “Sure. Come on Jackson.” Robbie ordered as Jackson got up from the sofa and walked with his father towards the police officer, who led them back to the offices where there were about thirty police gathered waiting for them.
   “These are going to be the people who will be looking for your daughter in the hospital. There are more too, but their already in secret locations surrounding the building and will be briefed on any updates once we arrive.” The Sergeant informed them.
   “Right. So, will we be accompanying you to the hospital, and waiting outside, or what?” Robbie asked.
   “We would prefer it, not to sound offensive or anything, if you stayed outside the hospital, we don’t know what we’re dealing with here, so we don’t want the extra pressure of guarding you if it comes to that.” The Sergeant informed. “And by the way, I don’t think I said, I’m Sergeant Richards.”
   “Right, thank you Sergeant. And no offence taken, we just want our girl back.” Robbie said.
   “Have the paramedics confirmed to be there?” the Sergeant asked.
   “Yes, they said, they should be arriving there within the next half an hour. They said they’d bring a couple of them in case of…resistant.” An officer said, glancing over to Robbie Ray and Jackson before saying resistance.
   “What’s that supposed to mean?” Jackson asked, not knowing how to make it sound, curious or threatening.
   “Well, your sisters kidnapper could put up a  resistance, and attack one of us…or Miley could put up a resistance because she doesn’t know who we are. She could think we’ve come to do something…worse to her than what she’s gone through already.” The officer said unsurely.
   “Oh, okay then. So when are we going?” Jackson asked, changing the subject.
   “Well in about ten minutes now, we don’t want to hit any sort of traffic on the way. Or reporters. We don’t want this to end on television, for Miley’s sake. Though we know it probably will end up on tv.” The Sergeant said, walking towards the door again.
   “Mr Stewart, you and your son will come in my car,  but on the way back you will be accompanying PC Owen, the one who you were just talking to you, she’s the best of her rank, so rest assured.” Sergeant Richards assured, smiling. Though Robbie Ray, or Jackson couldn’t find it in them to smile back, the nodded their heads grimly and followed him out to the police depot where they got into the Sergeant’s car and set off for Linda Vista Hospital. Please be alright, Miley. Jackson thought.

Hey just something quick. I just downloaded the new app for my iPod touch so I can come onto livejournal through my iPod. So far I think it rules.

Well, I guess I really don't have an excuse as to why I haven't posted in a while.
I guess life has had a turn for the worse on me and I've been really stressed out, seriously.
And....
I've been watching the Yu-Gi-Oh GX Series.
I've been watching it in the English dubbed version up until Season 4. (Obviously) since it hasn't been dubbed in English yet....but I'll have my go at a review here.
OKay. Season 1 + 2 I guess were alright, though not the best, I mean the first time I tried to watch then about a year ago I gave up because I just couldn't get into the series.
But then came along Season 3.....
Well.
I just have to admit. I loved this series, and if it was this good in the 4Kids version, it's bound to be even better in the Jap. version when I get time to watch it. I mean, the whole thing with Yubel was great and I loved the ending. When Jaden and Yubel fused, I mean it's something a person always wants to see in an anime. I guess the whole thing with The Supreme King and Jaden wasn't that surprising, but it added a great element to the series. I mean, it made the whole thing so much more interesting. Though Supreme King Jaden should have got more screen time for the short amount of episodes he was evil. (I just love it when evil characters turn evil. It makes things so much more interesting in my opinion) And if you think about it, everthing ended parallel to what Yugioh ended like. In a sense, Yugi lost Atem and Jaden gained Yubel. You know what I mean?
Then on to season 4. It was another great season, but I felt that there wasn't much to it. They could have done so much more with that season, especially after Season 3 was so good. They could have at least shown some more of Jaden's powers after he fused with Yubel, and Yubel got hardly any screen time. And the season itself didn't have much of a plot and so much more could have happened, that's my only let down of the season. Do you guys get what I mean when I say that the season was wasted a bit?
Sorry that's just biting me, the series could have been like 100x better if they had just put more thought into it.
To summarise it for you. I wasn't satisfied with the ending.
Now, onto my thoughts on the English Dub voices, you know how the acted and stuff.
I have to admit, it was done pretty well especially for a 4kids dub. I liked Jaden's voice the most, I don't know why, it suited him to some extent, and the voice actor, though I haven't seen anything but his work on Jaden seemed pretty decent. Syrus' voice, to me got a little annoying at times and I don't personally think it could cope with Syrus in Sea. 4. But I guess I'll have to wait and be surprised, if they do dub season 4 I guess. Though those are the two voices I'm pointing out as a whole here. I think it was pretty decent. Jesse's voice was alright too, and Jims. I liked Jims Australian accent too, somthing which he doesn't have in the Jap. version. Ah well. I guess I better stop ranting. I thought the voice acting was alright, I could sit through it and not get a headache, so I guess kudos to 4kids on that...but don't get me wrong, it's not the best by far.....
All in all, good series. Just wished they could have done more with season 4, but I guess that's what fanfiction is for :D

Save Sasuke Chapter 2

Sakura and Hinata arrived at ANBU base just as Naruto suddenly appeared behind them and whispered ‘boo’ Hinata didn’t seem to be fazed, but Sakura jumped a mile not expecting the attack.
   “Naruto, I could hear you 30 seconds ago” She said bored.
   “Aww man, Hinata your being so mean. But I got Sakura, look she’s completely pale” Naruto laughed looking at Sakura’s face, which was as white as a ghost, she noted to get Naruto back throughout the training session.
   “All right. Who’s ready for training?” Naruto jumped up, no one else joined him and he walked up to base in a huff.
   “Hey, Izumo, we got the training ground today right?” Naruto asked the boy at the front.
   “Yes captain, it’s all yours” The man named Izumo replied.
   “Thanks” Naruto said, turning to motion the girls ahead with him. Once at the training ground, Sakura once again was struck with disbelief, though it only looked like a normal training ground, it was HUGE, it was bigger than most training grounds she’d seen.
   “Ah, nice choice Naruto” Hinata commented.
   “Why?” Sakura questioned.
   “This is the place where Naruto and I become partners” Hinata answered.
   “Awesome” Sakura replied, she didn’t know how to respond, she couldn’t believe in how much she had missed out, how much she had missed out when she was obsessing over Sasuke, she could have been working on her skills and could have ended up here with Naruto and Hinata without secrets, knowing each others potential, but she couldn’t change the past, Sakura knew that.
   “Right guys. Sakura, I don’t know if Hinata has told you or not, but you and Hinata and training together today, and then your training with me tomorrow” Naruto smiled.
   “Yeah, she said, thanks” Sakura smiled back, she was ready.
   “Right, have fun then” Naruto said, sitting down, getting a scroll out of his weapons pouch and read it intently, something which Sakura found very odd. But took it that’s what Naruto did, and let him carry on.
   “Ready Sakura-san?” Hinata asked, getting into a Hyuuga style position.
   “Yeah, lets go” Sakura took it that they would start with a spar. After about ten minutes Sakura was beat, most of her chakra points had been blocked, and Naruto was just sitting there, acting like nothing was happening. Hinata hadn’t even broken a sweat, damn these ANBU are good, if this is Hinata, I wonder what Naruto is going to be like Sakura thought, and the thought scared her, she had a long way to go before she was ANBU standard, and with that thought she fell on her butt.
   “Are you okay Sakura-san?” Hinata asked, timidly.
   “Yeah I should be fine, just give me a couple of minutes” Sakura sighed, and rested.
   “Okay…Naruto, what have you been training, I haven’t seen you move” Hinata commented looking over to Naruto.
   “Nothing big. It’s going to be more of a lazy day of training for me” Naruto smiled he knew what was coming next.
   “Lazy day huh? Naruto go to the stump over there and give me fifty” Hinata ordered.
   “I’ll destroy it in three shots with my finger” Naruto smiled, he loved these conversations with Hinata.
   “That would be a record for you, go and try then, but you’ve got until fifty” Hinata ordered, her voice more stern.
   Naruto walked up to the tree, staring at it and putting his finger getting ready to attack before Hinata called.
   “No chakra Naruto” She warned.
   “That spoils the fun when you know what I’m doing” Naruto cried. But got into position, not using chakra this time, he pulled his finger to the side of the stump and whacked his finger at it, Naruto smiled at his handy-work, though Sakura couldn’t see what was to be proud of, then he did it again to the front of the stump, and smiled again, then he poked it with his finger and walked away.
   “Naruto it’s not destroyed” Sakura said, worried for his sanity.
   “Wait and see, three, two, one” And the stump crumpled to the floor in a million pieces. He smiled.
   “No chakra” He said proudly.
   “Yeah well you could have just punched it and taken it out in one” Hinata said grumpily, seeing as she lost the non-exsistant bet. Sakura, thought that this was probably natural to them, and decided to stay out of it for a while, until she could catch the drift they were on, now that she knew most things about Naruto, she felt like she had lost so much on his life and everything else that had been happening.
   “So what were you reading on?” Hinata asked after a long silence.
   “Some of the stuff we could be facing on the mission” He stated bluntly.
   “Can you elaborate please?” Hinata asked, she hated it when he did that.
   “Well I know that this sounds pretty bad, and Kyuu agrees with me on this, but it says on the things about Uchiha Madara that he can control the kyuubi, and has mastered the sharingan, and is older than this village, seen as though he fought in the great ninja wars that formed the leaf village, he fought with the first Hokage, which is why he left the village and became evil” Naruto said, worried.
   “You can talk to the kyuubi?” Sakura asked, surprised.
   “Yeah, why shouldn’t I be able to? He’s inside my body anyway” Naruto said as if it was nothing new.
   “Oh well, its just surprising that’s all” Sakura said.
   “Don’t worry about it, I get it all the time here” Naruto smiled. “Hinata, I need you to test something for me, you can help too Sakura”
   “Sure, what is it?” Hinata asked.
   “Well, I’ve been working on this new jutsu right, at the moment it’s only in Kage Bunshin stages, but it’s like a defensive type of thing, so when someone or something goes near me in this case the clone it electrocutes it, so that the thing fails, and it melts metal that’s coming near it” Naruto finished, he seemed quite nervous about the technique.
   “Sounds powerful, and it can be effective if it’s only at your enemies” Hinata whistled.
   “Yeah, that;s why it’s still in the Kage Bunshin stage, so I can improvise on it so that it only work on people I don’t know, or maybe I can get the jutsu to react to emotions, so when activated, if I sense danger, or start fighting with someone it will protect me from the person, but not from my comrades, but what I want you to do, is throw a kunai at the kage bunshin and I want to see what happens” He sighed, creating the seal for the Kage Bunshin, then did a series of quick handseals, “Eikyou no Jutsu (Transtlation Power Jutsu, can’t think of any names…) to a normal person, it would have looked like nothing had happened, “Right throw something at it” Naruto ordered and that’s what they did, Sakura grabbed some of the destroyed stump and threw it at the clone, but a barrier sort of thing appeared and it burned and disappeared. Hinata got a kunai out of her weapons pouch and flung it at the clone and it melted in mid air before falling to the floor in a melted heap.
   “Wow” Was all Sakura could think to say, she never knew that it would be so powerful, she knew know that she had seriously underestimated Naruto in every way.
   “So I guess you like it, Sakura?” Naruto asked scratching the back of his head nervously.
   “Yeah, I think it’s pretty awesome” She sighed, still surprised. Just at that moment Yamato decided to turn up and came running towards the Naruto clone.
   “Yamato, watch out, it’s a tester clone” Natuto yelled and instantly Yamato stopped in his tracks, looking at the clone, then to the real Naruto then to Sakura and smiled.
   “So she knows” Was all he said.
   “Yeah she knows, going on the mission on Madara” Naruto stated bluntly.
   “So is it permanent?” Yamato inquired.
   “Not as far as I know, just for the mission, but I think it’s how it turns out that matters, then they’ll consider, but then there’s all the exams, training, acceptance, more training, mental training, it gets annoying” Naruto whined.
   “Yeah, but that’s because you were nine. Most others were older” Yamato laughed.
   “Shut up, it’s distressful for a nine year old to do that kind of stuff” Naruto continued to whine.
   “Yep, that’s why you should have taken his advice and waited till you were later” Yamato continued, he just loved to wind Naruto up about him becoming an ANBU.
   “Yeah, but sensei was different, y’know, he taught me most things I know. Even if he is an S-class missing-nin now” Naruto said, his face still low. This got Sakura to wonder, who his teacher could have been, to think she’d never asked, but it seemed as if Naruto didn’t like the subject of his sensei.
   “You know it was necessary Naruto, and you were left with the cleaning up anyway” Yamato comforted.
   “Yeah, but I failed that mission” Naruto wined.
   “Naruto…?” Sakura started, she didn’t know how to start the conversation.
   “Yeah?” Naruto sighed.
   “Who was your sensei?” Sakura asked, she was going to say more, since she had sort of pieced together who his sensei was.
   “You have to understand Sakura, my sensei was a great person, not much older than me, and what he did, he was ordered to do, though, I guess, some of it was anger towards his family…” Naruto waited to see if Sakura would piece it all together.
   “Naruto, he wasn’t was he? Sasuke’s brother? But? I don’t understand” She stuttered.
   “Yes, Itachi Uchiha was my sensei, the guy that was chasing after me for the Kyuubi, the guy who trained me, the guy who taught me everything, but don’t get the wrong idea on what he doed, or did. He’s our information source. Let me tell you the story” Naruto didn’t know how to piece the story together, he knew the story like the back of his hand, he knew more, or probably the same amount now, as Sasuke did about the night the Uchiha’s were massacred.
   “Anyway. So Naruto gonna try out that new technique and show her how you became ANBU?” Yamato asked quickly changing the subject, he knew Naruto didn’t like talking about Itachi.
   “I hardly know that jutsu, I’ve only now began mastering it, and I’ve never tried it out on anyone but myself. And it’s ANBU’s only, I’d get Sakura killed” Naruto whined again.
   “Yeah, you say you hardly know something, but in reality you really do. And don’t worry, I had the privellige, ANBU higher ups about this, they think it’s a great bonding experience for you, Hinata, and Sakura” Yamato said, in a know it all way.
   “Thanks Yamato, but you know what happened right after I became ANBU, that will be shown, I don’t know how to change senery very fast, and then y’know, something bad is going to happen, that’s not good bonding if you ask me” Naruto said, forlorn.
   “Yeah, well, friends will accept someone for who they are, and not for what happened to them” He said like a philosopher who knew everything in the world.
   “Right, I’ll ask them now. Though I’m sure they heard everything else. Should I tell Kakashi about who I am, ask permission to tell him, since y’know everyone else knows now, why not him?” Naruto asked, that was something that was bugging him now.
   “I’d ask Tsunade, though I know she’d say yes on the spot, hey you could go round there in all ANBU gear, acting all ‘I know who you are’ and then like tell him about the mission between you, Hinata and Sakura, then you can say who you really are. That would be priceless to see his face” Yamato laughed.
   “Thanks, taichou, it’s so nice to hear your laugh, even if it does mean that nothing is staying quiet anymore.” Naruto sighed. “Right I’d better ask them” He said more to himself that anything. Turning around Naruto faced the waiting Sakura and Hinata.
   “Well guys it seems as though there’s been a change of plan, something which Yamato taichou thinks will be something great for us to experience, but I think it might be a bit boring for Hinata, since she knows the story already, just never seen it. Well…um ANBU higher-ups, they’ve been working on a time travelling jutsu, something which Itachi-sensei started off, and it’s finally been completed and I’ve been working on mastering the jutsu, and Yamato thinks it would be a great idea if I show you how I became ANBU, and most thinks after it” He finished nervously, he didn’t like showing people how he became ANBU, he thought it was troublesome as Shikamaru would say.
   “I get the feeling that there’s something else” Yamato laughed.
   “Right, and that we should tell Kakashi-sensei about what’s going on and who I am” He said angrily. He hated it when Yamato did that to him.
   “I don’t think it would be boring” Hinata said.
   “And I would really like to find out how you became ANBU” Sakura added.
   “But what about Kakashi?” Naruto asked.
   “Well it’s your secret, and though I do think you should tell him, it’s up to you” Sakura said, slowly, not wainting to hurt his feelings.
   “I think you should do it” Hinata stated bluntly.
   “Well it’s not like anyone knows who you are Hinata” Naruto whined.
   “My Father does, which was one more person than you” Hinata laughed.
   “Al right, I’ll strick you a deal, if this gets through Baa-chan anyway. So I’ll tell Iruka-sensei and Kakashi-sensei, if you tell Hanabi and Neji-kun” Naruto grinned,
   “All right then, lets go ask Hokage-sama now, and get this sorted out, then you can show us how the mighty ANBU captain became ANBU” Hinata saod, confidently.
   “Right. Sakura grab my hand, I’m teleporting us” Naruto ordered, grabbing Sakura’s hand before she had time to think of what was happening, then next second Hinata and Naruto in full ANBU gear were standing in front of the Hokage.
   “Naruto, what’d I tell you about teleporting Sakura, she looks about as white as a ghost” Tsunade cautioned.
   “Yeah you told me that because her chakra levels aren’t up to that of ANBU, she can’t take the teleportation” Naruto droned.
   “Right, so what did you want to see me about gaki” Tsunade growled.
   “Right, well, ummm, you see, Yamato, said that it would be good if maybe I told Kakashi about me being ANBU…” Naruto didn’t know how to finish his statement.
   “And? I sense there’s more. Hinata wold you like to elaborate?” Tsunade requested.
   “Well then, you see, I said it would be great for him to tell Kakashi about him being an ANBU. And I said that I used to have on more person knowing than him. So we made a deal, that is if you approved, that Naruto would tell Kakashi-sensei and Iruka-sensei if I told Neji-kun and Hanabi” Hinata provided.
   “Right, well, I approve” Tsunade laughed, she could clearly see Naruto stiffen. “And Naruto don’t even think about it, I’m not going to go through the same thing as when you were told to tell Sakura nearly six months ago was it? And only know you’ve told her, y’know, half of your ANBU missions would have been a lot easier, if she knew, and that’s why you weren’t turning up for training” Tsunade coud have laughed at the stiffness that Naruto was holding onto, and Sakura’s face becoming annoyed.
   “Baa-chan, you know I thought she wasn’t ready to know, I mean-”
   “Don’t continue, and don’t even think of bringing that person up, your lucky you of all people even got the mission to bring him back, if it wasn’t for the fact that no other ANBU thought he deserved to come back, he would still be out there, probably doing something wrong again” Tsunade warned.
   “I know baa-chan, it’s just that, I know, even though I’m ANBU, you can just say I got attached to the genin, well, chuunin now, anyway, that’s all we came to ask you for. And I’m sure you’ve heard, from Yamato, who else? That I’ll be taking Sakura time travelling, maybe I can show her, what you looked like before you turned into an old hag” Naruto laughed as a vein popped on Tsunade’s forhead and her eyebrow twitched.
   “What’d you say, gaki?” She threatened.
   “Uhh. Nothing, let’s go guys.” Naruto saod grabbing onto Sakura and running, out of the Hokage’s office and out of the area, onto the street in front of it, Sakura just stared at the two, they acted as if they didn’t just run for their lives and they weren’t even breathing hard.
   “Right, deer-chan, would you like us to come with you so you can show, or would you prefer to go on your own” Naruto asked, switching to code names because they were outside and in ear reach.
   “Maybe you should come with me, Fox-taichou, maybe they’d believe me more. Though I’m not asking you to reveal yourself” Hinata said, they were in ANBU mode now.
   “Ready Sakura-chan, we won’t run, just walking, sound good to you?” Natuto asked, to which Sakura nodded, she didn’t know what to think about whilst walking around here, she could tell that both ANBU either side of her were worried about what they were going to do, she didn’t even notice the change in hair colour, Naruto’s to his ANBU brown and Hinata’s to raven, it wasn’t that differen’t but you wouldn’t be able to recognise her.
   They got to the Hyuuga mansion first, Hinata running off to find her Father to tell him of what was going to going on in the Hyuuga mansion. Sakura did notice though, that Naruto was getting odd looks by branch members of the Hyuuga clan, many with worried looks thinking that something had gone wrong, or someone had done something bad, they were all so clueless.
   Then a moment later, Hinata and her Father Hiashi with a confused look on his face, he really didn’t get ANBU these days.
   “Hello Captain” He said in a voice that practically demanded authority.
   “Hyuuga-sama.” Naruto acknowledged, Salura didn’t know what was going on, Naruto and the Hyuuga head seemed aquainted.
   “Any good missions lately?” He asked.
   “It’s your daughter that you should be asking that, and not really, just a couple of assassination missions, had to stop a coup d’état in Earth, nothing big, but mostly classified information that can’t be dispatched her at the present moment, your daughter accompanied me for most” Naruto stated, very business like, something which Sakura still found strange.
   “Right, good luck on the next mision then. So is the young Haruno accomplanying you on the mission? Is she becoming ANBU?” Hiashi questioned.
   “Yes, Sakura-san will be accompanying Hinata and I on the mission, but this is just a one off, something we thought might interest her, it’s a mission on a certain Uchiha, the last Uchiha, since he killed the other one” Naruto stated all too plainly about who the mission was about.
   “Right, well good luck, Sakura-san, though that with taichou here with you, you will all make it out safely” Hiashi smiled.
   “We’d be lost without Hinata-chan too” Naruto added, Naruto hated the way he treated Hinata, like she was inferior or something like that.
   “Ano, Father, so were would Neji-kun and Hanabi be? So I can tell them…” Hinata asked.
   “Well Hanabi should be in her room, doing homework for the Academy, and Neji should be training in the Hyuuga training ground” Hiashi said, thinking off the top of his head.
    “Thank you Father” Hinata replied.
   “Thank you Hyuuga-sama” Naruto and Sakura said bowing and leaving following Hinata, Naruto guessed they were going to be seeing Neji first. Neji must have seen them coming from a whike away since he was standing there waiting for them.
   “Can I help you?” He asked, he seemed confused as to why he was being approached by ANBU and Sakura.
   “Um, no not really, it’s just that…damn…I don’t know how to do this. Neji-kun, I’m here to tell you a secret, one of the best kept secrets of ANBU, my true identiy, so please do not think any different of me when I show you who I am…”Hinata said, not waiting for a response, she reached up pulled off her mask and un did the jutsu that changed her appearance.
   “Hinata-san? How?” Neji was baffled, to say he was expecting that was something else.
   “It’s a deal, that taichou and I have. Besides I need to go and tell Hanabi, so I will answer your questions tonight or after I’ve been on my mission” Hinata plainly said walking away, Naruto bowed and turned away, Sakura smiled and turned away too, leaving a very flustered Neji behind.
   “Well that was strange” He whispered to himself.
   Sakura walked up to Naruto,
   “Hey, ummm…”
   “Just call me Fox outside the base” Naruto helped.
   “Thanks, her Fox, what would happen if you never told me who you were, and you graduated to Chuunin, how would that happen?” She asked.
   “Well it wouldn’t happen really would it, since I have already passed the rank of chuunin, what would happen, I would be congradulated on becoming chuunin in the sake of keeping my identity, but before that I would hand the Hokage my own Chuunin vest so that she coud hand give it back to me and no one would suspect a thing really, unless they were Shikamaru, though he’s too smart for his own good, all of the Nara’s are. I don’t get why they don’t put any of them up for ANBU myself, not enough motivation was my reasoning”  Naruto babbled so much that he forgot he change the topic in the subject, which got Sakura curious as to if Shikamaru knew.
   “So does Shikamaru know about you being ANBU?’ She asked.
   “Unofficially you could say so, though he hasn’t come to us and we haven’t gone to him, I guess he’s figured it out, and he’s constantly dropping hints on it” Naruto laughed, rubbing the back of his head nervously.
   “Oh right, anyway, looking forward to telling Kakashi-sensei then?” She was enjoying the conversations she was having with Naruto, knowing more about him, she felt honoured to even know him.
   “Not really, I don’t think Kakashi is going to have much to say about it, he’ll probably just continue reading his ANBU book, sayinf something like ‘cool’ for a second, it’s Iruka-sensei is who I’m worried about telling, he’s going to turn into Mother hen mode” Naruto laughed, which made Sakura laugh. The next thing they new a shriek came in from Hanabi’s room, Naruto went to make a grab for his katana that was strapped onto his back.
   “Don’t worry taichou, Hanabi didn’t take it too well” Hinata shouted, Naruto sighed and relaxed removing his arms from the hilt of the sword.
   “Okay” he shouted back. This is what he thought Iruka was going to be like. He didn’t like the thought of that.
   “Hey N-Fox, I thought you said that the Academy knew you were going to be there, so how come Iruka-sensei doesn’t know you were the person?” Sakura asked.
   “Haha, N-Fox, never heard that one befoe, anyway Iruka knew that one person in the class was ANBU he just didn’t know which one. So it could have been Kiba for all he knew” Naruto continued to laugh as Hinata walked out of the room.
   “She’s going to be alright, just a shock I guess” Hinata sighed, she didn’t know she was going to take it so badly. “All right, Fox, Kakashi or Iruka?”
   “Ummm…so is anyone hungry…should we go and eat something first?” He was searching for a way to not tell his sensei’s.
   “No we’re fine Fox, you’re just delaying the inevitable. Kakashi or Iruka?” Hinata threatened.
   “Ummm. Kakashi, he’s going to be the easiest” Naruto said, upset, he was hoping they would symphathise with him, but he could hear Sakura giggling behind him.
   “You know I can hear you Sakura. It’s not fait. It was easier telling you, I know you better” Naruto whined.
   “I can’t help it” She defended.
   “Yeah, and I can’t help it if my hand slips on this sword and sends you to the heavens can I?’ Naruto threatened.
   “Is that a death threat I’m hearing from the great Captain of ANBU” Sakura joked throwing his death threat into the air like it was nothing.
   “I guess we’re here” Naruto sighd, he didn’t want to do this. “Alright, Sakura here’s the deal. We’re going in there, so you can tell him about the mission, then I will show who I am, okay?”
   “Sure” Sakura said going to knock on the door. Getting no response the first time.
   “Hello Hatake-san” Naruto said, Sakura didn’t know what Naruto was on but there was no Kakashi there, until she turned around and there he was standing by the stairs.
   “Hey, what can I do for you guys…Sakura?” Kakashi’s eyes had been travelling over the group until he noticed Sakura was standing with them. “What have you done to get ANBU involved Sakura?”
   “Nohing it’s good news I promise” She reassured. She felt Naruto stiffen up, she didn’t know what the hell was wrong with him, until she noticed that Kakashi was staring holes into him.
   “I feel like I know you” Kakashi stated bluntly.
   “Hehe, well, umm. I guess. Ummm….thanks?” Naruto didn’t know what to do and he was sure Kakashi had figured it out by now, I’m doomed I tell ya, doomed he mentally screamed. This is worse than telling Sakura-chan he cried.
   “So would you like to come in, you can tell me this…good news” Kakashi said, passing them and walking into the house.
   “Taichou would you like me to wait outside?” Hinata asked.
   “Nah, I think we should be alright” Naruto laughed and waited for Hinata to go in before him.
   “I’m serious when I say I think I know you, don’t you want to say who you really are, or would you like me to say what I’ve gathered just by looking and listening to your voice.” Kakashi threatened, he was practically laughing. He had a decent hunch who the boy in front of him really was.
   “Aww man, Kakashi-sensei you have to be so mean?” Naruto whined changing his hair colour and removing his mask.
   “That’s my boy Naruto. Right. What’d you come here for?” Kakashi asked, picking up his book.
   “Well, initially, to tell you about me, can’t break a deal you see. And telling you about a mission, that you’re not invited on.” Naruto laughed, he was trying to wind up his sensei.
   “Do tell, I haven’t heard much from ANBU in a while” Kakashi encouraged.
   “We’ve had a development in finding Sasuke. We’ve found out where he is currently, and I’m being informed of any difference, though it’s not looking any different at the moment. Sasuke is currently with a man I’m sure you’ve heard of Uchiha Madara. ANBU and the Hokage, after some deliberating, think that Madara could be trying to manipulate him in the Akatsuki organization, or in some way trying to get him into doing what Madara wants to do, we’ve also heard that he wants to destroy Konoha” Naruto stated, he was giving Kakashi more information on the mission that what he’d briefed Sakura on.
   “Seems pretty difficult, is it just you going or others?” Kakashi asked, eyeing Sakura wearily.
   “Well, it was intended for just me, but then I managed to get Deer in on it during the mission, since if I was injured she would be there for me to fall back on, and then to the Hokage I got Sakura in on it, I told her it would be a great training excersise, but she forced me to show who I really was” Naruto whined by the end
   “Right, well you have my luck. What’s going to happen to Sasuke once he’s returned” Watching Naruto stiffen up at the question, looking to Kakashi that it wouldn’t be something good.
   “Well, you know if you breathe a word of this I could have my head ripped clean off it’s shoulders. This is one of the things that was brought up in the meeting, by me of course. Deer, promise you won’t say anything.” Naruto waited for her to nodd before continueing. “Right, well, none of the ANBU seem very keen on keeping him alive, but I promise I’ll try my best so that he doesn’t get killed. But if I’m over ruled, I won’t be able to do anything about it. But obviously we’ll have to interrogate him, and no you’re not allowed, not even I’m allowed to go in there, but I’ve already got someone on standby if we bring him back this time. You know him too, Morino Ibiki. If we want answers, and if Ibiki wants answers this is the only way. But he’s promised nothing to strong like torture, just maybe some mental torture, something which Tsunade can heal anyway”’
   “Seriously? This is as much as an ANBU captain can do these days?” Kakashi questioned. “Or are you acting ANBU and you never got attached?”
   “Don’t question me Kakashi, it wasn’t in my mission plan to get attached, but I did, so don’t you go and start giving me bull about me not caring, I was trying my best, trying my best not to get him killed, I mean we were over ruled by about 30 people. So don’t come and kid with me, Yamato didn’t even vote, he said he didn’t know Sasuke enough not to kill him, but he didn’t want to vote against me”
   “So who did vote to save him?” Sakura asked, saying the first thing since entering Kakashi’s room.
   “ANBU rule not to say” Naruto stated quietly.
   “Well I don’t give a damn about ANBU rules here, I want to know about who voted for him, supported him” Sakura shouted.
   “I’m not allowed to say. You should know that by now Sakura-chan, it’s taken me till now to be able to tell you that I’m ANBU don’t push it, do you want to see my exiled or something?” Naruto yelled.
   “Naruto, you could have done something though. You’re ANBU captain for Kami’s sake” Sakura cried.
   “Yeah, and you should be counting your blessings for even coming on this mission, I trusted you enough to get you on this mission, so don’t even start ruining it, I had to go to hell and back to get you on this mission, I mean after this mission, I have to do so many mission that I won’t be in Konoha for at least six months after, but I just think it’s just a way for them to keep me away from stopping them from killing Sasuke, and I can’t disobey orders Sakura.” Naruto said, calming down.
   “Naruto, captain, come on, don’t worry about the deal, lets just go, you can come and talk to Neji with me” Hinata said trying to be comforting.
   “Nah, it’s alright, I think it’s better if I leave” Naruto said, putting his ANBU gear on and disappearing out of sight.
   “Well this is awkward” Kakashi sighed.
   “Trust me, you haven’t seem awkward yet, especially when you’re 11 walking in on Naruto on ANBU base when Naruto’s just getting out of the showers” Hinata cringed remembering the memory.
   “Ummm yeah” Sakura said, remembering Kakashi didn’t know that Deer was Hinata.
   “I’d better be off.” Hinata said, disappearing too. Sakura turning to Kakashi.
   “What did I do Kakashi-sensei, I upset him so much, and I know he’s trying, he’s just not showing it” Sakura cried, she didn’t know what to do. “I know, Iruka-sensei knows how to sort him out when he’s depressed, so I’ll go send him round to Naruto”   
   “You go do that” Kakashi said, turning back to his book, but not really reading it, thinking of what he’d just seen and what he’d been told.

“Iruka-sensei. Iruka-sensei” Sakura yelled banging loudly on her old sensei’s door. And came running was a worry struck teacher, also known as Iruka.
   “What is it, Sakura?” Iruka demanded.
   “I think you should go and see Naruto, I said some pretty bad stuff to him, and he’s upset. And I know you’re the one who always brings him up when he’s happy” She said, looking down she didn’t want to see his angry face.
   “Okay, thank you for telling me Sakura. I’ll go see him right away” Iruka said dissapreaing to go and see Naruto.

“Iruka-sensei is coming” Hinata said, “Would you like me to leave?”
   “Yes, please, I think I’m going to want to show him who I really am on my own for this one. Thanks” Naruto said, smiling at Hinata.
   “Any time, I should be off anyway, Neji-kun will be waiting for me to get home” Hinata sighed, disappearing. Naruto was still waering his ANBU gear, and this is what he wanted, he wanted Iruka-sensei to walk in on him whilst he was taking off his ANBU stuff.
   “Naruto!” Came a shout from the door, removing his mask Naruto shouted.
   “It’s open” from the other side, without a moments hesitation Iruka walked into the room, a though he didn’t know this was a set-up he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. Naruto in ANBU gear?
   “Naruto…are you not telling me something?” Iruka asked, Naruto would have laughed if the situation hadn’t been so complicated. “I mean I knew there was an ANBU in the old class, but I never knew it would be you” Iruka’s face was pale, as Naruto turned around. Sure enough, the ANBU in front of him was Naruto, as he couldn’t detect any genjutsu’s, and he knew that there couldn’t have been a transformation here.
   “Sorry, I never said Iruka-sensei. I, well, I wasn’t allowed and you know the mission, Sasuke wasn’t supposed to know either” Naruto laughed nervously, rubbing the back of his head.
   “Why are you calling me sensei, you out-rank me” Iruka questioned.
   “Old habbits, sensei. Old Habbits” Naruto grinned.
   “Well I came round because Sakura told me that you and her had had an argument and she said that you see pretty upset. Does she know about you being ANBU?” Iruka asked.
   “Yeah, she’s meant to be going on a mission with us the day after tomorrow as a tempory ANBU member, so we’ve had her sticking around with us for today so she could train and get used to us. The mission, I thought would be y’know something she’d want to go on, since it’s one about getting Sasuke back, and then when she asks at Kakashi’s about what will happen to Sasuke. I said I don’t know and if he gets killed I can’t do anything about it. So she’s upset with me now, because I said if I got over ruled in an ANBU meeting because everyone else wants him dead I can’t go against them or I’m going to be exiled, and ANBU and Tsunade-baba are making sure I can’t do anything about it because their sending me on all these really random ANBU missions, for like six months, so she’s not happy that I might not be able to do anything, and it’s really getting to me” Naruto let it all out in one blow. At this moment he really didn’t care about what Iruka would say.
   “Well it sounds like you have a lot weighing you down at the moment, well she seemed pretty sorry to me when she came over, she was nearly crying, though she didn’t say much, and I’m pretty sure she regrets everything she has said to you. And that she values your relashionship with her, and wouldn’t change a minute besides the argument if she could. So come one, lighten up on the stress load, you life though by the souds of it would be a lot less stressful if Sasuke wasn’t around, and don’t take that like I don’t want him around, I think though, I think it would be better for you  if he just came back and stayed where he was, you don’t have to go back to him, so I guess it’s alright in the end” Iruka comforted.
   “Thanks, Iruka-sensei I’m already feeling a bit better” Naruto said.
   “My pleasure” Iruka replied, he was happy that Natuto was happy. “And by the way I’m not surprised at you being an ANBU at all, you were the dobe of the class, that made me a bit suspicious especially after Mizuki”
   “That’s not fair, I tried my est not to let anything on, you know, I could have just left you to die that night, but you did something for me, something which hardly anyone has ever done for me, and I felt like I had to owe you something” Naruto joked.
   “Oh joking about my life now are me?” Iruka laughed.
   “And what if I am? You gonna threaten a big ANBU man?” Naruto joked again.
   “Oh I’m sorry, all high and mighty ANBU Naruto” Iruka retorted.
   “That sucks, and it’s ANBU Captain Fox to you,” Naruto cried. Naruto always felt happy around Iruka, the man always seemed to lighten up the mood, whatever mood, even if Naruto was happy, he would make him happier.

OKay the title could change and I'm going to proof read this and like change a lot of things so that it is actually grammatically correct, and that there is no spelling mistakes or anything but here's the chapter.

“You know you’ll have to tell her for this mission, right?” Tsunade asked the ANBU captain standing before her, emotion less, and not really seeming to care.
   “I understand, but I don’t know how she will react” The captain replied, though being a high-ranking ninja, he was feeling nervous about telling someone who he really is.
   “So how are you going to tell her?” Tsunade asked, pulling her hand together and resting her chin on them.
   “I was going to tell her about it at base. And about my companion, when she arrives” The captain said, his bright yellow hair standing up, defying gravity.
   “Ah, I see, would this companion be accompanying you on this mission?” Tsunade inquired.
   “She will be, I know Sakura is a good medic, but my accomplice can do many things, more things than medical jutsu, which we need on this mission. I can’t fight these guys on my own” Captain replied, seriousness leaking off his words.
   “Right. Yes, I know. But you can’t not tell her. She would be curious, and it’s about time you told her who you are. You’ve been ANBU for what? 6 years maybe. You were nine right? Then captain for 4 years?” Tsunade asked, forgetfulness taking over her.
   “Yes, but Sandaime’s orders, don’t identify yourself unless completely necessary or Hokage’s orders” Captain said, his fox mask looking intimidating, even in a light room. You could call this boy, Naruto, though called many things by villagers when he is not wearing his ANBU mask, but he is also the Kyuubi jinchuuriki, the vessel for the nine tailed fox that attacked 15 years ago.
   “Yes, and as your Hokage, I ordered you to at least hint when you came back from your mission with Jirayia” Tsunade cried.
   “Yes, but that was different, I was different then.” Naruto stated.
   “In what means” Tsunade said getting angry.
   “Well, for that matter, we didn’t have any leads on Madara, or Sasuke then, baa-chan” Naruto smiled.
   “No matter how smart you are, your still out to annoy me, do you want to tell Sakura who you are, black and blue, by my fist?” Tsunade yelled, frustrated.
   “Uhh, no thanks. I’d rather tell her, spick and span thanks,” Naruto laughed.
   “Right” Tsunade said, attempting to calm herself down. Though internally she was smiling at his actions, though he wasn’t showing it, she could tell he was dreading every minute of telling Sakura about his secret. Heck, Tsunade would too; he deliberately lost his match to Sasuke to get more information on Orochimaru.
   “She’s coming” Naruto said, resuming his stance, calm, cool and collected, and tried to hold back nerves.
   “Right, understand this, captain, I want everyone alive, all right?” Tsunade ordered.
   “Sure” Naruto said in a monotone, Tsunade hated him using his monotone voice, it wasn’t him, that was one of the main reasons she wanted Naruto to tell all his friends about who is was, so he wouldn’t have to act like a different self.
   There was a knocking sound at the door,
   “Enter,” Tsunade shouted to be heard. Naruto was taking silent breathing exercises this was it; she was going to find out within the matter of an hour.
   “Hokage-sama, you called for me” Sakura said, entering not noticing the ANBU until she was halfway into the room, by now Naruto had changed his hair colour so she wouldn’t notice him, he’d changed it to a dark brown, a chocolate brown, Tsunade knew he would do it, but she didn’t sense him do it, one of this many abilities.
   “Sorry, captain sir, I didn’t mean to interrupt” Sakura said apologising in a low bow.
   “Not to worry, Haruno-san, actually, you’re meant to be here with me now anyway” Naruto said monotone, silently noting the glare Tsunade was giving him, but paid it no attention, his nerves were going everywhere, just like every time he was near Sakura or his friends, scared that they would notice who he was, and figure out who he was. He wasn’t ready to be found out yet; he was scared they would treat him different.
   Sakura noticed the glare the captain was getting, she didn’t understand what this was about, but it looked like the captain and the Hokage were well acquainted.
   “So, why’d you want me, sir” Sakura asked trying to be polite.
   “Oh, um yeah-” The ANBU scratched the back of his head nervously, just like the way Naruto does when he’s nervous, plus he’s also around the same height as Naruto Sakura noted, but thought nothing of it. “-You see, this is top-secret, only you, me, the Hokage, and a select few of ANBU know of this, so you must promise not to tell” Naruto stated, calming down a bit, it was time for business.
   “So why pick me?” Sakura asked, nervous. She was being told an ANBU secret well before her time.
   “Because we thought that mission would be of interest to you. It’s about a certain Uchiha that left 2 years ago” The ANBU said, like it was nothing new.
   “What? Well why didn’t you choose Naruto? He would have loved to have been told this” Sakura said, loudly, she couldn’t believe they had information and they were telling her, not Naruto.
   “I’ll get to that later, but let me give you the details. We’ve had a tip from a reliable source, that Sasuke Uchiha, at the time that you and your comrades went out to find him, was in battle with Itachi Uchiha, Sasuke coming out the victor, Itachi had died, killed. But there is more. The source says that he collapsed and someone we believe to be Madara Uchiha take him to Akatsuki base” Naruto finished, this had been news to him at first too, but it just seemed like something Madara would do, after reading up a bit on him.
   “So what are we going to do?” Sakura asked.
   “Well, we’re going to go to this base, we believe that Madara could be trying to brainwash Sasuke in some way to believe something. So for the first part we’ll be information gathering and locating, then once found, we’ll follow Sasuke for a bit, to get more information, then we’ll go in for the attack, and if we get Madara too, that’s a bonus” Naruto said, happily.
   Sakura noticed his happy attitude and smiled.
   “Right” She said.
   “From now on, you will be a temporary ANBU, you will accompany me and my comrade on this mission, I will be the leader, and if I die, or if I’m gone, my comrade will the be leader, and if we both die, or is sent back to the village injured, you must NOT try to finish the mission, do you hear me, you must come straight back” Naruto said, mainly out of concern, than out of anything else.
   “Hai, I understand” Sakura said.
   “Right, Captain, don’t you have to show young Sakura here, the ANBU HQ” Tsunade said, smiling, laughing mentally at the situation she’d put Naruto under. Naruto immediately stiffened at the mention of HQ, his nerves coming back again to haunt him.
   “Hai, Hokage-sama” Naruto said through gritted teeth. Sakura noticed this and defiantly noted that the captain and the Hokage definitely knew each other well. Sakura smiled at the way the captain acted, it reminded her so much of Naruto.
   “Haruno-san-” Naruto started before being interrupted by Sakura.
   “Please call me Sakura” She said.
   “Right, Sakura-san. Any and every ANBU at base who shows you their identity, you cannot tell, it is a secret of you’re head with be ripped off your shoulders. Not by me of course, but y’know, people” Naruto said, getting scared.
   “Hai, of course” She said, slightly scared herself, not that she would say anything anyway.
   “Shall we get going?” Naruto asked, walking towards the door.
   “Sure.” Sakura replied.
   “Using the door, how rare of you captain” Tsunade laughed, oh how she loved taunting Naruto when he’s like this.
   “I’m coming for you next. Baa-chan” Naruto said, laughing.
   “What’d you say, brat” Tsunade yelled.
   “Uh-Oh, lets get going Sakura-san” Naruto said, making a break for the door, the captain was fast, Sakura could see that herself, for when she opened the eyes she didn’t know she closed for only a second, they were standing outside Hokage tower. The captain waving mockingly up at the Hokage.
   “Sorry about that Sakura-san” the Captain said. “Let’s go” Sakura nodded and they started their short walk to ANBU base.
   Once they got there, Sakura knew the front of it off by heart, but was excited to see the inside, she felt privalleged to be seeing the inside of ANBU HQ without being ANBU. They walked in doors, and it looked exactly like a mix between a hospital and a normal place, there was a library on one side of the entrance, and then a long hallway with a couple of doors along the way, leading to a stair well, leading to other floors, most probably rooms Sakura thought.
   “Right Sakura-san. Since we won’t be leaving for another two days, I’ll give you a quick tour of ANBU HQ, though I don’t personally live here, I’ve spent a couple of nights here, and it’s pretty nice. So you’re welcome to stay here, even after the mission” Naruto said.
   “Thanks” Was all Sakura could manage, she was being invited into ANBU HQ whenever she liked.
   “Right, if you look to your left, as you’ve probably noticed is our library, it’s got tones of things in it, jutsu, secrets of clans, missions, history stuff. You get the picture?” The captain asked, pointing to the library.
   “Yep” Sakura smiled.
   “Right forward we go” The captain laughed. He nodded to the person standing by the door, also wearing an ANBU mask.
   “Got your girlfriend eh? Captain? Cute one too” The ANBU laughed.
   “Sure, whatever, rabbit” The captain said, even though Sakura couldn’t see it, she could tell he was rolling his eyes.
   “So you going to show her eh?” Asked the rabbit masked ANBU.
   “Yeah, but when we meet my comrade, deer” Fox answered.
   “She’s going too? Man, that sucks” Rabbit whined.
   “I’ll be off” Fox laughed pulling on Sakura, who was confuse by the whole thing.
   “Right, this is the ground floor lounge, we just go there to hang…Hey guys” Fox said, waving at the ANBU in the lounge. They all the stuck their hands up as if saying ‘Hi’ back.
   “Their all a bunch of lazy bastards. I wouldn’t worry about it” Fox commented. Fox took Sakura everywhere on the ground floor, the cafiteria, some of the ANBU sleeping rooms, Sakura felt like she was being spoilt.
   “I’ll take you to one last place, before I show you my room, where you can stay” Fox said.
   “Right, where are we going?” Sakura asked as she was lead down a long hallway.
   “To the medic room, where you’ll meet deer” Fox smiled. “And the worst part. Finding out who I am” He whispered, but Sakura caught it, she didn’t know why he was being so nervous about telling her who he really was, but she just got more curious.
    They reached the end of the hallway and Fox knocked on the door, before entering.
   “I come bearing guests deer” To Sakura that sounded like something a husbund would say to their wife, especially with the ‘deer’ part too.
   “Hey taichou. You brought Haruno-san I see” Deer said, Sakura thought something was familiar about her, her hair colour was familiar, and the way she spoke was familiar but more confident.
   “Sakura-san, this is Deer, Deer this is Sakura. Though I’m sure you’ve met before” Fox laughed nervously. This was it, he was going to reveal himself.
   “So Deer, you or me first?” Fox asked, praying the Deer would go first.
   “You first Fox, she knows you best” Deer smiled slyly.
   “Damn I was hoping you would go first” He smiled nervously.
   “Just do it” Deer ordered. Sakura was really curious. She didn’t know any ANBU.
   “Right” Fox said, turning to Sakura. “This is going to be something that changes your life and mine, I don’t just go up and tell people who I really am. But for this mission I can’t go without telling you.” Fox took in a long breath, releasing the transformation on his hair, Sakura knew even before he took his mask off.
   “Sakura, by ANBU rules, I’m known as Fox, in real life, my name is Naruto Uzumaki” He said taking off his mask, revealing his tanned whiskered face, his bright blonde hair, Sakura couldn’t believe it, Naruto had been acting all along. Her complete opinion of Naruto had changed, She didn’t know if it was for the best or for the worst.
   “Naruto? No. How? But? Why? Sasuke?” There were so many questions going through her head, she just wanted to know.
   “Told you Deer, you should have gone first, she would have been prepared then” Naruto said.
   “I can’t answer all of your questions, it’s ANBU code, but with Sasuke, Sakura you have to understand, it was my mission, I failed that mission, the first mission I have ever failed, I was supposed to get information on Orochimaru, but at the same time bring Sasuke back, and I wasn’t allowed to use any ANBU things on him, I could have taken him down in two seconds flat otherwise” Naruto was on the verge of pleading.
   “But you could have broken those rules” Sakura cried.
   “Yeah right, and get kicked out of ANBU and out of Konoha, yeah, I really had a choice in the matter” Naruto said, he was upset, he knew this would happen.
   “Right, okay, I’m sorry, Naruto, it’s just really big news, knowing that someone you think you know and you don’t” Sakura said, geniuinly sorry.
   “It’s okay Sakura-chan, I should have told you, but I couldn’t” Naruto said, sad. He hated that he couldn’t tell, but ANBU rules were law, and he wasn’t allowed to tell any of his comrades, because it could jepordize his secret mission that was assigned to him.
   “Deer, your turn” Naruto laughed, feeling more at ease.
   “Ano, Sakura-san, you know me too” Deer said. She lifted her hand up to her mask pulling it off revealing…
   “Hinata?” Sakura asked, confused. Hinata was too shy to be an ANBU, but Sakura couldn’t say anything today was full of surprises.
   “Ummm…well I never knew you that well anyway…” Hinata was stuck, she didn’t know what to say.
   “Hinata has been in ANBU 5 years, and me 6, she’s been acting like she has a crush on me to get near to me, to check that I’m doing my job, that I don’t slack off or anything. And that I was injured or anything” Naruto explained.
   “So what was your job?” Sakura asked curiosity taking over her.
   “Umm, though I had graduated from the Academy when I was 7 and became ANBU by 9, my mission from the age of 11 was to guard Sasuke Uchiha, he had previously had a different guard, but the Academy, and the Hokage, though best if he had a guard the same age, but I failed that mission” Naruto said, sadness evident in his voice. “But this is a chance for us to get Sasuke back. That’s my current mission, though I do have mission with you, obviously Sakura, and other missions in ANBU” Naruto said quickly to lighten the attitude.
   “So come on, I better show you my room. I’ve been cleaning it out just for you so it’s all nice and clean” Naruto said proudly, as though he hadn’t just said declared himself to be ANBU captain.
   “Right” Sakura said, she was proud of Naruto, she never knew he was such a good actor. Though she was somewhat jealous that he was stronger than her and had always been. But she was happy to have known him. And to know his secret.
   Naruto lead Sakura up two sets of stairs before rounding a corner to a another long hallway full of doors. Hinata had gone to the lounge to talk to some friends.
   “These are some of the rooms. We don’t have separate rooms for boys and girls, you know like a corridor for boys and a corridor for girls. The head thinks it’s stupid. He says he knows us too well to think we would do anything stupid. But this is the corridor where my room is” Naruto said as an afterthought.
   “Right. Can I ask you some things when we get to your room please?” Sakura asked nervously.
   “Sure, I was expecting you to, I would ask anyway” Naruto said, smartly.
   “Thanks” Sakura said, as Naruto lead her down the hallway down to the room on the end that read ‘FOX’ in capital letters.
   “I can put Sakura up too if you want. People when they know I’m here just tend to walk in” Naruto commented whilst opening the door.
   “No I think, I hope, I should be okay” Sakura hoped.
   “Okay, well I would say you could stay with Hinata, but she gave up her room ages ago, since she has to stay at the Hyuuga compound” Naruto said.
   “Oh right” Sakura said, walking into the room. It wasn’t quite what she was expecting. She thought it would be something full of orange, but instead, the room was white, with a couple of book shelves with scrolls on them, a desk, a bed, and a wardrobe.
   “I cleaned out my wardrobe so it’s just my spares, so it won’t take up much room. Then the rest of it is yours. The scrolls are just some jutsu, or mision reports. You get the feeling? Right?” Naruto quizzed.
   “Yeah, but I’m seeing a lack of orange…” Sakura noted.
   “They wouldn’t let me have orange, said that the people after me wouldn’t like an orange ANBU room” Naruto said, said, anime tears running down his face. Sakura smiled, she knew at least one thing that had shown in Naruto’s fake like from his real life. Sakura went and sat on the bed and found that it was comfortable.
   “This is comfy” She commented.
   “Well you don’t think they’d give Konoha’s best ninja’s some thrown out things right?” Naruto laughed, making Sakura blush. Naruto noticed the awkwardness and quickly started talking. “You wanted to ask some questions?” Naruto reminded.
   “Oh, yeah. Just a few. I won’t make them too personal” Sakura said.
   “Okay, go for it” Naruto urged.
   “Okay, does Kakashi know you’re ANBU? Seen as though he was ANBU too. Probably around the same time as him” Sakura asked.
   “No, Kakashi-sensei does not know. He’s probably known of young ANBU, but we hadn’t met when I first started ANBU. Technically he thinks the prodigy kid who graduated died on a jounin mission” Naruto said.
   “Oh, right, what about Yamatou-taichou? Does he know?” Sakura asked.
   “Yeah, Tenzou knows. At least I think that’s his real name…” Naruto said, thoughtfully.
   “How?” Sakura asked.
   “Well we’d met before in ANBU, and obvioudly most ANBU here know me and my mission on Sasuke, so y’know. You get it, I acted like I didn’t know him to keep up my act, and he understands that” Naruto said.
   “Right. I just have one more question…why don’t you sit down? And that’s not the question” Sakura said.
   “Um…no I’m fine thank you. I’d prefer to stand. So what’s the question” Naruto had some sort of idea what this question was going to be, but he was hoping she wouldn’t ask.
   “Okay, what made you want to be an ANBU so young?” Sakura.
   “Well…there really isn’t a reason. I was saved once by an ANBU and then I wanted to be like him, and then higher. All the way to Hokage” Naruto said, all sadness from his voice at the beginning gone.
   “What did he save you from?” Sakura asked.
   “You said only one more quesrtion” Naruto cried out.
   “Well I changed my mind” Sakura said, stubbornly.
   “Do you have to ask so many questions?” Naruto inquired.
   “Yes, and I’m not going to let this drop until I find out the answer” Sakura said, ANBU or not, she would get the answer out of Naruto.
   “Nah, I don’t feel like answering” Naruto sighed.
   “What? You said you’d answer my questions” Sakura cried.
   “I changed my mind” Naruto said.
   “But I want to know” Sakura said, loudly.
   “What happened to me that day, it was nothing out of the ordinary for me by then.” Naruto said, something was telling him that today was the day to get all the secrets out.
   “Please, tell me. What happened?” Sakura asked, sad and worried.
   “Well, you know about the kyuubi? Do you not? Right, but have you ever noticed the looks I get when I’m not in my ANBU uniform, the glares I get from half the villagers. When I was younger, before I could take them on, and sometimes still to this day. I used to get attacked by the villagers, but this day was different. I almost died that day, if it wasn’t for that ANBU member, I don’t even remember what he looked like, what his name was. Even though, he never told me, I don’t remember his mask, so I can’t go asking around. But yeah…” Naruto didn’t know what else to say, obviously more had happened and he just didn’t want to say what else.
   “Oh, right, I’m sorry” Sakura said.
   “Why should you be sorry, it wasn’t you who did it” Naruto smiled. “Anyway, let me show you your part of the wardrobe” Naruto added as an afterthought, hoping to get rid of the awkwardness in the air.
   “Sure” Sakura said, standing up and walking over to the wardrobe. To which Naruto opened, there were a couple of ANBU uniforms, and a katana, a long katana, Sakura was surprised Naruto even owned one of these. It looked just like any Katana, long with a black hilt.
   “Sorry, does it disturb you I can take it out and take it home with me…” Naruto apologised.
   “No, I’m sorry, I just didn’t know you owned one” Sakura replied.
   “Oh, okay, well I was thinking then, if you didn’t like it how was I supposed to do this mission without it. I never do an ANBU mission without it” Naruto sighed, and Sakura laughed at the way he acted as if the sword was his baby.
   “So…do you want me to leave?” Naruto asked.
   “Why?” Sakura asked confused at being asked this.
   “Well. Did I forget to tell you? Damn it, I knew it, sorry Sakura-chan, we’re training tomorrow, it’s more of a thing for us all to get used to each other, all ANBU do it, so I got us a the ANBU training ground to train in…” Naruto trailed off not knowing what to say.
   “You did that for me?” Sakura asked, she was touched that he even thought of training her.
   “Yeah, well I needed to get some training in too, so I thought I could get it for when you came, mind you we only got the information yesterday, so I had to pull some strings” Naruto said.
   “Thanks Naruto”
   “You’re welcome, I should be going now, you don’t have to stay here, but be here by nine in the morning, then the training begins” Naruto stated happily and walked out of the room.
   “Thanks Naruto” Sakura said, deciding that she wouldn’t stay here tonight, she really wanted to tell her Mother about the whole situation, but conveniently leaving out the fact that Naruto was going to be her captain.

Sakura woke up the next morning at seven, thinking everything that happened yesterday was a dream, but when Hinata came knocking on her house door, she was quickly reminded that what happened yesterday wasn’t.
   “Hey Hinata. What brings you here?” Sakura inquired, curious.
   “Nothing much, just thought I’d stop by, you know, now that you know” Hinata said, Sakura noted that she seemed more confident now than what Sakura knew her to be.
   “Okay, would you like to come in?” Sakura asked, stepping aside for Hinata to enter. Hinata nodded and stepped through.
   “Is there a place in here where no one will here, this is about the mission” Hinata said.
   “Yeah, we can go to my room, when the door is closed my Mum knows it’s important personal stuff” Sakura finished, curious as to what Hinata wanted to talk about.
   “Thanks” Hinata sighed as they entered the room and Sakura closed the door.
   “No problem, so what’d you want to talk about?” Sakura inquired.
   “Please do not think any different of me, but I know that this could become a problem, this mission. Naruto, though your opinion has probably changed now, he still regrets not bringing Sasuke back, though Naruto knows that he wasn’t supposed to form bonds with the people of his mission, but he couldn’t help it, that is the reason why he is still with you know, he formed bonds with you Sakura, and Sasuke, though he knew Sasuke leaving was going to be inevitable.
   Sakura, though he doesn’t show it much, he cared for Sasuke as more than something he needed to protect, he thought of him as a brother. He wanted to protect him and save him, just like he always used to say. This mission that we are going on, it’s a lot tougher than you think, you wouldn’t even be coming if it wasn’t for Naruto. He thinks that you would appreciate it if you came along and helped, rather then some unknown ANBU bring him back on a stretcher that you would probably hate, because he injured Sasuke.” Hinata finished, though she had left some things out, she felt accomplished, she only spoke this much around Naruto.
   To say Sakura was surprised was something, but she wasn’t expecting Hinata to say so much. She didn’t know Hinata had the willpower to talk so much.
   “Thanks for sharing Hinata, I know Naruto thinks of me, I think of him all the time too. And I know he must put his mission before his emotions…” Sakura was still to shocked to form any long sentences to she left the sentence running.
   “So, just out of curiosity, what did you tell your Mother about the mission?” Hinata quizzed, she was honestly curious, and worried that she let anything slip.
   “I told her I was going on a mission with two ANBU members to try and get Sasuke back. I hardly told her anything, she thought it was great that I was going with ANBU” Sakura said, worried she’d said anything wrong.
   “Thank you for understanding Sakura, you know  that telling someone could result in yours and that persons death, Naruto in particular is one of ANBU’s best kept secret, and until Naruto decides that he wants to keep it that way, that’s the way it stays.. So today in training, you will be under me, then tomorrow you will be trained by Naruto, Hokage-sama knows of this so don’t worry, she thought it would be a great idea to get to know each others abilities, though Naruto and I know our abilities together, but we need you to form stradegies for the mission” Hinata she liked to think things out and know she wasn’t out of the loop on anything.
   “Thanks, so will Naruto be with us today?” Sakura asked, she was feeling a growing need to go and see him.
   “Yes, Naruto will be there, supervising and training himself.” Hinata said, looking at the clock to find time had gone faster than she had thought, “Shall we get going?”
   “Sure” Sakura got up off the bed and started walking towards the door, she really wasn’t sure if she was ready for the training she knew it was going to be hard and intense, and that was something which she enjoyed a challenge, but she didn’t know if she could train with Naruto as her trainer, the thought still didn’t seem right to her, she’d always think of Naruto as the hyper baka she had always known him to be.
